Phoned early in the week to book an appointment- not urgent so expected a couple weeks wait. . However I was offered one the following Saturday.

I was happy to wait to see [name removed] about my blood test results and we had a very good and constructive discussion re medication.
I was seen on time and felt very comfortable with the consultation.

The appointment was on time and the nurse was efficient and kind.

As far as I was concerned nothing could have been done better. I was only having a blood test.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
